Snow!

They had been predicting for a few days now that it was going to snow. And in typical Washington fashion, it didn’t happen. But finally yesterday it started coming down. It looked like a blizzard for a while and then it stopped. Then the sun came out and it started melting a little. Then while I was at work it must have been snowing like crazy because when I started work, there was no snow. And by the time I left, the roads were covered. It was icy, and I had to turn on the 4 wheel drive to make it to the freeway safely. Let’s just hope my commute today isn’t as eventful!

Before I left for work I was able to sneak outside with Jake to do a mini photo shoot and he seemed entertained by it. He kept running his hand through the snow and at one point he even touched his face with his snow covered hand.
