Another week has come and gone. Hopefully this pregnancy goes just as fast as it did when I was pregnant with Jake! I still have troubles believing that I’m pregnant again!
We made the official announcement to the world yesterday and it feels great to not have to keep it a secret from everybody! And it is definitely hard with my job to keep it a secret because of patients with certain isolation precautions.
How far along: 9 weeks
Next appointment: September 12th. Today! This is just an appointment with the nurse.
Any new aches/pains: Still nothing. Just nausea in the afternoons.
Maternity clothes: Nothing yet. I’m sure my jeans will be getting snug pretty soon though.
Sleep: No problems that are pregnancy related. Just a 10 month old that thinks 6am is a great time to wake up!
Best moment this week: Announcing it to everybody
Movement: none yet
Food cravings: No real cravings so far.
Belly button: still where it should be
What I miss: Being nausea free
What I’m looking forward to this week: Going to my first appointment and hopefully getting to schedule an ultrasound!
Weekly wisdom: Get as much sleep as you can before you have kids or else you may never get the chance to sleep in ever again!
